One Piece TCG release schedule: what is coming next
Roughly four main sets a year, plus extra boosters, starter decks and premium products. Since OP-15 the Japanese and English printings arrive within days of each other.

How the schedule is structured

Japanese and English: from months apart to the same week
Until OP-14, every set came out in Japanese first and in English two to three months later. From OP-15 Bandai moved to a simultaneous worldwide schedule, so the two editions now land within days of each other: OP-17 was released on 22 August 2026 in Japan and on 28 August in English. Three things are still worth planning around:
- Older sets carry the old gap. Price histories and event results for anything before OP-15 were shaped by the delay, so compare Japanese and English numbers from that period with care.
- Japanese singles are usually cheaper, because print runs are larger and the domestic market is deeper. That's the whole case for importing.
- Legality is regional. Japanese cards aren't automatically playable at English-language events, and this varies by organiser. Japanese versus English cards covers the details.
