OP-18 The Dominance of God: release date and what's confirmed
The 18th main booster brings Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God to the game in late November 2026. Here's what Bandai has confirmed and what it hasn't.
The short version
- OP-18 The Dominance of God is the 18th main booster of the One Piece Card Game, themed on Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God.
- The English release is 20 November 2026 at a suggested $4.99 per pack; the Japanese release is 21 November 2026 at ¥240 per pack.
- Bandai lists 127+1 card types for OP-18 on both the English and the Japanese product pages.
- Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock make their One Piece Card Game debut in OP-18.
- As of 18 October 2026, Bandai hasn't published OP-18's Leaders, rarity breakdown or full card list.
OP-18, The Dominance of God, is the next main booster for the One Piece Card Game. Bandai's English products page lists it for 20 November 2026 at $4.99 a pack, and the Japanese site has it a day later, on Saturday 21 November, at ¥240. The set is built around two themes: the Water Seven arc and the Holy Knights of God, with Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock appearing on cards for the first time.
That's most of what's official right now. We checked both product pages on 18 October 2026 and this page sticks to what they say. Where something is still rumour, like the Leader list, we tell you and keep it out of the tables.
OP-18 release date and price
| Region | Release date | Suggested price | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| English (NA, EU, OC, LATAM) | 20 November 2026 | $4.99 per pack | Official English products page |
| Japan | 21 November 2026 | ¥240 per pack, tax included | Official Japanese products page |

Under the worldwide schedule Bandai has used since OP-15, the English and Japanese releases land within days of each other, and for OP-18 they fall on the same weekend. The old two-to-three-month wait for English players is gone. Our release schedule lists everything else due before the end of the year.
What's in an OP-18 pack
Both product pages list 127+1 types of card. Bandai doesn't explain the '+1' for OP-18, but the Japanese page for EB-05 does it for that set: its '75+2' splits into 75 cards and 2 DON!! cards. So the extra OP-18 type is most likely a DON!! card. Treat that as an educated guess until the card list is out.
Pack size depends on the language. The Japanese page says each pack holds 6 cards. The English pack and box art on Bandai's page reads 12 cards per pack and 24 packs per box, the same format as earlier English boosters. Both versions share the same card types; what changes is how many cards you get for your money.
Water Seven and the Holy Knights
Water Seven is the shipbuilding city where the Straw Hats lose the Going Merry, meet Franky and run into CP9. The Holy Knights of God are the Celestial Dragons' enforcers from the current manga. One older arc plus one very recent one tends to make a set that pulls in two crowds: players hunting new Leaders and collectors after new art of old favourites.
Only two characters are confirmed by name: Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock, both Holy Knights. The theme makes Franky, Iceburg, the Galley-La foremen and Rob Lucci's CP9 obvious candidates, but obvious isn't confirmed. The 'OP-18 Leader' lists going around retailer blogs don't come from Bandai, so we haven't repeated them.

Treasure Rare is worth a line. It debuted in OP-17 as a rarity above Secret Rare (our Treasure Rare explainer covers it), and nobody outside Bandai knows yet whether OP-18 has one. If it does, expect a launch-week price pattern like OP-17's, which we break down in should you pre-order OP-18.

How to get ready for OP-18
Preparing for OP-18 without overspending
Wait for the official card list
Bandai's card list is the only reliable source for Leaders and rarities. Leaks and translated scans get details wrong, especially power and cost.
Write your list before the reveals peak
A player needs four copies of a handful of cards; a collector needs one of everything. Decide which you are before hype sets the prices.
Find a pre-release at your store
A pre-release is the cheapest way to open OP-18 early and actually play with it. Our guide to finding locals shows how to find stores on Bandai TCG+.
Hold off on chase cards
For OP-16 and OP-17, most of the valuable printings cost less weeks after launch than in launch week. The figures are in our pre-order analysis.
Check what you already own
Most sets reprint older cards or give them new art. Look through your collection before you buy a copy you already have.

Stop guessing what your cards are worth
When your OP-18 cards arrive, Bounty's scanner reads the card number and matches the artwork, so a parallel gets logged as a parallel, not as the base card. Set progress then shows which base cards you're missing and roughly what they'd cost.
