The short version

  • Premium Card Collection Best Selection vol.7 contains 12 cards, one of each, plus a card booklet, at an MSRP of $25.00 in English-speaking regions and ¥2,640 in Japan.
  • The 12 cards are new-illustration versions of OP15-023 Arlong, OP15-040 Viola, OP15-067 Shura, OP15-076 Lightning Beast Kiten, OP16-011 Vista, OP16-027 Jinbe, OP16-054 Mr.1, OP16-091 Nami, OP16-096 Yamato, OP16-110 Vasco Shot, OP17-016 Rakuyo and OP17-103 Charlotte Katakuri.
  • In the US, the collection was sold only as a Premium Bandai pre-order from 24 to 30 June 2026, and its shipping month moved from December 2026 to January 2027.
  • In Japan and Asia, Bandai sells Best Selection vol.7 at the venues of Championship 26-27 Season 2.

Best Selection vol.7 is a $25 box of 12 One Piece cards with new artwork, all of them cards people actually play from OP-15, OP-16 and OP-17. In the US it was a Premium Bandai pre-order that ran from 24 to 30 June 2026 and is now closed; those orders ship in January 2027. In Japan it costs ¥2,640 and is sold at the Championship 26-27 Season 2 venues instead.

We put this together from Bandai's English, Japanese and Asian product pages and the Premium Bandai USA listing, all checked on 31 October 2026. The English page shows ten card numbers and two blank card images; the Japanese page names the last two, so the list below is complete.

The last column is the TCGplayer Market Price of each card's regular printing as of 31 October 2026, from our own price data. Together the twelve come to $2.92. That's the point worth knowing before you chase this product: none of these cards is hard to get for a deck. What the $25 buys is the new illustration, which Premium Bandai describes as different versions of previously released cards with alternate art.

It's two cards in each of the six colours, and two (Rakuyo and Katakuri) come from OP-17, which is still the newest main set in English until OP-18 lands on 20 November. If you're new to the difference between a set's own parallels and a reprint like this, our variants guide explains how they're marked.

Bandai's English page sends you to "the Premium Bandai page of your region" and links the US, Australian and New Zealand stores. The US listing opened at 10:00pm EDT on 24 June and closed at 1:59am EDT on 30 June. A notice dated 18 August moved shipping from December 2026 to January 2027, blaming shipping delays. If you ordered, that's the month to expect it; the listing doesn't give a day.

The Japanese page says only that it goes on sale at each Championship 26-27 Season 2 venue. Those area events run from Sapporo on 3 November to Hiroshima on 13 December; our Japan events calendar has every date and hall.

Missed the pre-order? Your options

  • Retailer pre-orders. Several game stores list it for pre-order, but the prices we saw on 31 October were well above the $25 MSRP and varied a lot from shop to shop. Compare a few before you pay.
  • Singles after release. Cards from premium collections get listed as singles once they're in people's hands. If you only want the Nami or the Yamato, waiting for single listings is often cheaper than the whole box.
  • Japanese copies. The Japanese version is sold at event venues, so it reaches resale through people who attended. Our Japanese vs English cards guide covers what changes when you play Japanese cards.

Bandai's other premium collections follow the same pattern of fixed contents and a Premium Bandai window. The Ace, Sabo and Luffy collection is the other one shipping in 2027, in April.
