One Piece Store Tournament 2026 Vol.4: promos, dates and sign-ups
Bandai's regular store tournament for the last quarter of 2026: the Tournament Pack and Winner Pack cards, the format, and when December sign-ups open on Bandai TCG+.
The short version
- ONE PIECE Store Tournament 2026 Vol.4 runs from 1 October to 31 December 2026 in the English-language regions (North America, Europe, Oceania, Latin America and the Middle East).
- Every participant gets Tournament Pack 2026 Vol.4, one card from four types: OP09-099 Fullalead, OP15-066 Satori, ST15-004 Thatch and OP13-040.
- The winner gets Winner Pack 2026 Vol.4, which holds the winner version of one of the same four cards.
- Games are best-of-one with 35-minute rounds plus 5 minutes of extra time, under Bandai's Tournament Rules Manual of 16 January 2026.
- Player registration on Bandai TCG+ opened on 17 October for November events and opens on 17 November for December events.
Store Tournament 2026 Vol.4 is Bandai's regular store tournament for October to December 2026, and the promos are four cards: OP09-099 Fullalead, OP15-066 Satori, ST15-004 Thatch and OP13-040, an Event card. Everyone who plays gets one of them in Tournament Pack 2026 Vol.4; the winner gets a Winner Pack with the winner version of one of the same four.
We checked Bandai's Vol.4 page on 29 October 2026. With October over, the useful dates now are November events, whose sign-ups opened on 17 October, and December events, which open on 17 November.

Each pack holds one card, so a participant gets one of the four at random, and the winner gets one of the four winner versions. Bandai doesn't tie particular cards to particular months, and because prize stock is limited, some stores started handing out Vol.4 packs at their September events. Each store picks its own dates within the quarter, so the table tells you when sign-ups open, not when your store plays. Bandai encourages registering on Bandai TCG+, which needs a Bandai Namco ID, but stores handle entries differently. Ask yours whether a TCG+ sign-up actually holds a seat.
Format and rules
- Best-of-one matches, 35 minutes per round plus 5 minutes of extra time.
- Bandai's Tournament Rules Manual dated 16 January 2026 applies, with the current banned list.
- Judges' rulings are final, so call a judge as soon as a question comes up.
- Photocopied or otherwise unofficial cards aren't allowed.

How it differs from Pirates Party
Both are store events, but they aim at different players. Store Tournaments are the regular competitive night, with a winner prize and a promo kit that changes every three months. Pirates Party is Bandai's more casual format, with a participation promo that changes every two months and a Welcome Pack for newcomers. Many stores run both, so a regular player can collect two promo lines in the same quarter.

Check the date and sign-up window
December events open for players on 17 November. Register as soon as your store's event appears, since kits are limited.
Confirm with the store
