Pirates Party Vol.4: the casual One Piece TCG store event
Bandai's most relaxed store event: what Pirates Party is, which formats a store can pick and what you get for turning up.
The short version
- Pirates Party 2026 Vol.4 is a casual store event that runs from 1 November to 31 December 2026.
- Each participating store chooses the format: Constructed, Limited Deck Battle (the most-used Leaders are banned) or a Themed Battle.
- Vol.4's Themed Battle allows only Straw Hat Pirates Leaders, and Bandai lists 25 of them, alternate arts included.
- The participation prize is a Nefeltari Vivi promo card, and Welcome Pack 2026 Vol.1 is also listed for the event.

Pirates Party is Bandai's most casual One Piece TCG store event, built for new players and anyone who doesn't want a competitive night. Vol.4 runs from 1 November to 31 December 2026. The store picks the format, this edition's themed battle is Straw Hat Leaders only, and everyone who plays gets a Nefeltari Vivi promo.
Bandai describes it as even more casual than its regular Store Tournaments. New participation promos come every two months and a new Welcome Pack every six months, so it's also the easiest steady source of promos at your local store. Bandai's page says stores choose from four formats but only describes these three, and the Limited Deck Battle ban list still reads "TBD". The general description of the Themed Battle also mentions Four Emperors Leaders, while the Vol.4 event details say Straw Hat Pirates. We'd trust the Vol.4 details, but ask your store which format it's running before you build.

Fourteen of the 25 are Monkey D. Luffy and one more is Luffy & Ace, so if you own a Luffy Leader you're probably covered. Alternate-art versions count. The page doesn't say whether Standard or Extra Regulation applies to the rest of the deck, and several of these Leaders come from older starter decks, so that's another question for the store.
Prizes and the Welcome Pack
The participation prize is a Nefeltari Vivi promo card; the page shows the art but not a card number. Bandai also lists Welcome Pack 2026 Vol.1 for the event and pictures it next to OP12-086, OP13-043, P-119, PRB02-012 and ST21-003. How many Welcome Packs a store gets, and who receives them, is up to the store.
