One Piece TCG gift ideas for 2026, from $10 to $45

What to buy a One Piece TCG player or collector this year, using Bandai's official prices and release dates, and when a single card beats a sealed product.

By the Bounty team · How we write our guides

The short version

  • Gift Collection ONE PIECE Heroines [GC-2026] releases on 20 November 2026 at $44.99 with two EB-05 packs, 70 sleeves and 10 promo cards in 10 designs.
  • Double Pack Set Vol.13 [DP-13] costs $11.99 on 20 November 2026 and contains two OP-18 packs and one DON!! card.
  • ST-37 and ST-38, the Alabasta and Baroque Works starter decks, release on 18 December 2026 at $16.99 each, ready to play out of the box.
  • OFFICIAL CARD SLEEVES 17 release on 18 December 2026 at $10 for 70 sleeves, in four designs: Saint Gunko, Loki, the Straw Hat Crew and Baroque Works.
  • For a collector who already has a want list, one chosen single usually beats a sealed product: as of 28 October 2026, OP-17's top printings are a median 45% below their launch-week prices.

For a new player, give a starter deck (ST-37 or ST-38, $16.99); for a fan of the Heroines sets, the Gift Collection ONE PIECE Heroines ($44.99); and as a stocking filler, DP-13 ($11.99) or a pack of OFFICIAL CARD SLEEVES 17 ($10). Those are the strongest official options for the 2026 holidays, and all of them are on sale before Christmas.

Prices below are Bandai's US MSRPs from its product pages, checked on 28 October 2026. Store prices vary, and the December items land close to the holidays, so pre-order or check stock early.

Bandai also sells a Premium Card Collection 6 assort vol.2 ($15) and a Luffy & Bonney Playmat & Card Set ($43), but they're listed as BANDAI CARD GAMES Fest products, so unless you're going to an event, they're hard to find at retail.

For a new player: a starter deck

A starter deck is the one gift that works on its own. ST-37 The Desert Princess and the Pirates (Red/Blue) and ST-38 Baroque Works (Blue/Black) each come with a 51-card deck, 10 DON!! cards, a playsheet and a 3-card bonus pack, for $16.99. Someone can open it and play that evening.

Pick by character: ST-37 for Vivi and the Straw Hats, ST-38 for Crocodile's crew. Both release on 18 December 2026, which is tight for postal deliveries, so buy from a local store if you can. Our ST-37 and ST-38 guide compares them, and what it costs to start covers the next step.

For a collector: the Heroines Gift Collection

Gift Collection ONE PIECE Heroines [GC-2026] is the most giftable sealed product this year. For $44.99 it has two EB-05 Heroines Edition vol.2 packs, 70 special sleeves in one design and 10 promo cards in 10 designs with new art. Bandai hasn't published the promo card numbers yet.

The value here is the 10 promos and the sleeves, not the two packs, which are $9.98 of the price. If the person you're buying for collects the Heroines sets, this is the gift. If they mostly chase parallels, the EB-05 card list shows what's in the booster.

For a player: sleeves and small boxes

OFFICIAL CARD SLEEVES 17 come in four designs, Saint Gunko, Loki, the Straw Hat Crew and Baroque Works, 70 sleeves for $10, out on 18 December. That's enough for a 50-card deck with spares. Match the design to the Leader they play and you can't go far wrong; our sleeves guide covers sizes and double-sleeving.

DP-13 is the cheap, fun option: two OP-18 packs and a DON!! card for $11.99, out on 20 November with the new set. It's $2.01 more than two loose packs, so it's the box and the DON!! card you're paying for. Our DP-13 guide has the full comparison.

When a single card is the better gift

If the person already collects, a single from their want list almost always beats sealed product. Packs are a lottery weighted heavily toward bulk: in our OP-17 report from 28 October 2026, the 15 most valuable printings make up 94% of the set's TCGplayer value. Those top cards also tend to get cheaper after release; OP-17's are a median 45% below launch week.

Choosing a One Piece TCG gift

  1. Find out if they play, collect or both

Players want decks, sleeves and DON!! cards. Collectors want specific cards and promos. Someone who does both will like the Gift Collection.

  2. Check what they already own

Ask which Leader they play or which set they're finishing. A sleeve design or a missing card lands better than a random pack.

  3. Mind the dates

GC-2026 and DP-13 are out on 20 November; ST-37, ST-38 and Sleeves 17 not until 18 December. Order or reserve early for those.

  4. Pay MSRP, not pre-order hype

Compare store prices with Bandai's MSRP. Small boxes in particular get listed far above it before release.

Frequently asked questions

What is a good One Piece TCG gift for a beginner?
A starter deck. ST-37 and ST-38 cost $16.99 each, release on 18 December 2026 and are ready to play out of the box with a 51-card deck, DON!! cards and a playsheet.
What's in the Gift Collection ONE PIECE Heroines?
Two EB-05 booster packs, 70 special sleeves in one design and 10 promo cards in 10 designs with new art, for $44.99 from 20 November 2026.
What One Piece TCG gift costs under $15?
OFFICIAL CARD SLEEVES 17 ($10, 18 December 2026) and Double Pack Set Vol.13 DP-13 ($11.99, 20 November 2026), which has two OP-18 packs and a DON!! card.
Is a booster pack or a single card a better gift?
For a collector with a want list, the single. Most of a set's value sits in a handful of printings, so packs mostly give bulk. Packs are better when the fun of opening is the point.
