The 4th Anniversary Event is the OP-18 release event, run in local stores from 20 November to 17 December 2026. It marks both the launch of OP-18 The Dominance of God and four years of the One Piece Card Game in English. Everyone who plays gets a 4th Anniversary Tournament Pack, the P-161 Monkey.D.Luffy promo and a 4th Anniversary Leader Card. Sign-ups open on Bandai TCG+ on 6 November.
This is the English-region version of the event (North America, Europe, Oceania, Latin America and the Middle East). We checked Bandai's event page on 28 October 2026; card art shown there is still marked as in development.

Because the store chooses the format, two events in the same city can play very differently. A Sealed event means you build from OP-18 packs on the day, which is the cheapest way to play with new cards. A Constructed or Standard event means you bring a deck. Ask the store before you sign up, and check our beginner's guide to tournaments if it's your first event.
Participation prizes
- 4th Anniversary Tournament Pack. Bandai lists 75 types in total across the packs; it hasn't said how many each player receives.
- 4th Anniversary Promo Card: P-161 Monkey.D.Luffy.
- 4th Anniversary Leader Card. Bandai hasn't named it on the event page yet.
- World United DON!! cards, shown in two designs (EN-03 and EN-04).
That's a generous participation list for a store event. Pirates Party and most release events hand out one promo; this one adds a pack and a Leader on top. Expect stores to fill up faster than usual, especially in the first week after OP-18 lands.
Winner prizes
- P-161 Monkey.D.Luffy, silver foil with a gold stamp, for the winner.
- One more Winner Card as a Lucky Prize, given to one participant in a way the store decides (a draw, a best record or something else).
The gold-stamped winner version is the one collectors will look for. Winner promos from store events are printed in far smaller numbers than participation copies, which is usually what drives their price. Our promo cards guide covers how event promos hold value.
