Welcome to Bounty TCG ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Bounty TCG mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Privacy and Data Handling

We take your privacy seriously. Unlike many other applications, Bounty TCG operates entirely offline regarding image processing.

  • No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or share any personal information, user profiles, or usage data.
  • Camera Usage: The App uses your device's camera exclusively to scan and detect card codes or artwork in real-time.
  • Local Processing: All image recognition and code detection are performed locally on your device.
    • No Images Uploaded: Scanned images are never sent to external servers or the cloud.
    • No Images Stored: The App does not save or store photos of your cards in your device's gallery or within the App's internal storage.
  • Permissions: You may be asked to grant camera permission. This permission is strictly used for the functionality of scanning cards and for no other purpose.

3. License to Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

  • App Ownership: The source code, design, interface, and logic of Bounty TCG are the intellectual property of the developer.
  • Third-Party Content (Cards): This App is a utility tool designed to identify trading cards. All card names, images, character names, and related art are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners (e.g., Bandai, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, etc.).
  • Disclaimer: Bounty TCG is an unofficial fan-made app and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by any trading card game manufacturer.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate recognition of card codes and associated data (such as prices or card details), we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

  • The App relies on optical recognition technology which may be affected by lighting, camera quality, and card condition.
  • Any price data or card information displayed is for informational purposes only and should not be treated as financial advice or an absolute market value.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to exploit the App to harvest data (though technically impossible given our architecture, it is prohibited).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bounty TCG and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

We are not responsible for any errors in card identification that may lead to incorrect trades or purchases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
