The Short Version: We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. The App operates with a "Local-First" architecture, meaning image recognition happens on your device, not on our servers.

2. Data Collection and Usage

We do not collect any Personal Identifiable Information (PII). You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide your name, email address, or phone number to use Bounty TCG.

3. Camera Usage and Image Processing

To function, the App requires permission to access your device’s camera. This permission is used strictly for the following purpose:

• Scanning Cards: The camera is used to detect card codes and artwork in real-time.

How we handle images:

• Local Processing: All image recognition and code extraction are performed locally on your device's processor.
• No Cloud Uploads: Scanned images are never transmitted to any external server, cloud storage, or third-party database.
• No Storage: The App does not save the images of the cards to your device's photo gallery or the App’s internal storage. Once the code is detected, the image data is discarded from memory immediately.

4. Internet Access

The App may use your device's internet connection to:

• Download updates to the local card database (e.g., new card sets or price data).
• Note: This is a one-way transfer (server to device). We do not send user usage logs or images back to the server during this process.

5. Third-Party Services

Since we do not collect user data, we do not share data with third-party advertisers or marketing agencies.

• App Stores: Please note that the platform you downloaded the App from (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) may collect standard technical telemetry (crash logs, installation stats) governed by their own respective privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since our App does not collect any personal information, this applies to all users regardless of age.
